MEMBER & GUEST POLICIES
The Pierpont Racquet Club is a private membership club. Use of the PRC is limited to PRC members and their guests with two exceptions. Through a special arrangement with the Pierpont Inn, guests of the Inn may use the Club subject to an additional fee, and must present verification of stay. Members of IHRSA clubs participating in the Passport Program also have access to the PRC subject to special guest fees.
Guest Policy for Club Usage:
Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid form of government-issued identification (ID) prior to using any club facilities. Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s licenses, passports, and any other official documents with a photo.
PRC Waiver Submission
Each guest is required to submit a fully completed and signed PRC Waiver before accessing the club. This waiver outlines the terms and conditions of club usage, releases the club from liability for any injuries or accidents, and acknowledges the inherent risks of physical activities.
- The PRC Events Digital Waiver is only applicable for Events and Court Sports Visitors.
- All other guests must submit signed waiver from direct email link received during in-person visit.
No Exceptions
Guests who fail to comply with either the ID check or the PRC waiver submission will not be allowed to use the facilities. This policy ensures the safety and accountability of all members and guests
