World Class Tennis Instruction:

  • Private, semi-private and group lessons for juniors & adults.
  • Private lesson rates: $75 hour ( non-members add $15)
  • $45 1/2 hour (non-member add $7.50 each)
  • Semi-Private lesson rates: $40 each

Professional Tennis Staff:

Brad McClain PI Tennis Professional
PRC's Tennis Programs Director is Brad McClain, who has coached tennis since 1993. 
Brad is a graduate of Westmont College and played tennis in school in both singles and doubles in the Channel League, Western State Conference and Golden State Athletic Conference Championships, Singles Champion at the Western State Conference Championships in 1982; as well as Ventura County Singles Champion in 1980 & 1983.  In addition to teaching high performance Juniors and  Adult players of all levels at the Pierpont Racquet Club, Brad also coaches the Foothill Tech High School Tennis Teams, and Ventura College's Men's & Women's Tennis Teams.

Tracie Currie USPTA Certified Tennis Professional

Tracie is a UCSB graduate and Gouchos Team player and Hall of Fame Inductee!  She has been teaching all levels and ages in Santa Barbara and Ventura since 1991.
A 2012 World  Championship Mixed Doubles Champion; 2010, 2012 & 2013 National Doubles Champion; and 2010 & 2013 National Mixed Doubles Champion, Tracie loves competition!
Tracie works with all skill level of players, including juniors and adults.

The Pierpont Racquet Club is excited to welcome world renowned tennis coach James Jensen on to our team of Tennis Professionals!  Jensen has vast tournament playing experience from the juniors through the professional tour.  He is a USTA High Performance Coach and a USPTA Certified Elite Professional.

James Jensens innovative approach and proven programs developed to meet the individual needs of each athlete creates champions of all ages.

Jensen's coaching philosophy is that all training is built from the ground up, with emphasis on conditioning, footwork, proper technique, and tactical methods in building a complete player to compete in today's modern game. Whether a beginner or a seasoned player, his training methods will build on existing skills and provide unlimited opportunities to excel!

    Jensen’s passion for excellence and vision in player development builds athletes on the court and prepares them for a successful life off the court.
   Coach Cody Jensen understands the great responsibility he has to instill in each player the on and off court ethics of hard work, discipline, integrity, and responsibility. Along with this training, he emphasizes having fun, because tennis is the sport of a lifetime.
