Group Exercise




  • Pierpont Racquet Club's group fitness program is designed to provide a varied and challenging schedule. Seasonal changes provide a diverse program and an opportunity to offer sports-specific classes all year long.
  • Our Step program is structured to accommodate various levels of participants. Step and Step & Sculpt allow for training that is challenging both aerobically and choreographically.
  • Other classes include Pilates, Yoga, Bosu Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Bootcamp, Kettlebell, Body Conditioning as well as water aerobic classes.
  • An awareness of the need for cross-training and regular flexibility training for all who are physically active has been the basis of our Stretching program. We offer several stretch classes per week. These classes are suitable for all levels.
